Child & Family Nutrition Counselling with a Registered Dietitian | Ontario & Nova Scotia
Every family has questions. We have answers that actually make sense.

You get a registered dietitian who takes your concerns seriously, explains things clearly, and builds guidance around your actual family, not a generic protocol.

Everything you want to know before your first appointment.
Do my insurance benefits cover dietetic services?
Many extended health benefit plans offer coverage for registered dietitian services. However, coverage can vary depending on your specific plan. We recommend contacting your insurance provider directly to confirm the details of your coverage. After your session, you will receive an official receipt that can be submitted to your insurer for reimbursement. Please ask about direct billing, as we do offer it for many insurance providers.
Can I self-refer? Do I need a referral from my doctor?
Yes! You do not need a referral from another healthcare provider to book an appointment. Many clients choose to self-refer.
