Common Reasons Women Seek Preconception or Fertility Nutrition Nutrition Support
You might be here because…

You Want to Give This the Best Possible Start
You’re ready to be intentional about your health before pregnancy and you want to know exactly what to focus on.

You're Anxious About the Journey Ahead
The uncertainty of trying to conceive is real. You want evidence-based guidance you can trust, not a rabbit hole of conflicting information.

You Have No Idea Which Supplements to Take
The options are overwhelming and expensive. You want someone to cut through the noise and tell you what actually makes a difference for your situation.

You're Navigating an Existing Health Condition
Low iron, anemia, IBS, disordered eating, or a weight concern flagged by another provider, and you want support that accounts for your full picture going into this phase.

Meal Planning Feels Like One More Thing
You want simple, practical meals that support your fertility without taking over your life.

You Want Both Partners Supported
Egg health and sperm health both matter. You want a plan that considers the full picture, not just one side of it.
How Bloom Nutrition Supports People on the Path to Pregnancy
Fertility nutrition is not one size fits all. Neither is our support.
Our Approach
We look at the full picture, both partners included.
Reproductive health is influenced by so much more than a single nutrient or supplement. We look at your health history, bloodwork, cycle health, lifestyle, eating habits, and goals for both partners where relevant. From there we build a personalized plan designed to optimize your fertility, address any existing health concerns, and help you feel genuinely prepared for pregnancy.
What to Expect
We start by understanding your health history, labs, symptoms, and goals.
Every session is built around what matters most to you. Depending on your needs, that might look like:
- Nutrient strategies to support egg quality and sperm health
- Evidence-based supplement guidance so you’re not overspending or guessing
- Weight-neutral support for weight management, including gentle weight gain strategies if needed for cycle regularity
- Practical meal ideas that are quick, easy, and fertility-focused
- Guidance on lifestyle factors that can impact reproductive health
- Support for rebuilding a positive relationship with food before and during your fertility journey
- A written summary of your goals and our recommendations, plus recipes and tip sheets to take home

Everything you want to know before your first appointment.
Do my insurance benefits cover dietetic services?
Many extended health benefit plans offer coverage for registered dietitian services. However, coverage can vary depending on your specific plan. We recommend contacting your insurance provider directly to confirm the details of your coverage. After your session, you will receive an official receipt that can be submitted to your insurer for reimbursement. Please ask about direct billing, as we do offer it for many insurance providers.
Can I self-refer? Do I need a referral from my doctor?
Yes! You do not need a referral from another healthcare provider to book an appointment. Many clients choose to self-refer.
