Hormone & Menstrual Cycle Nutrition Counselling with a Registered Dietitian | Ontario & Nova Scotia
Your cycle shouldn't derail your life every month.
PMS, PMDD, and other hormone-related concerns affect far more than your period. Mood shifts, cravings, fatigue, changes in appetite, and a complicated relationship with food can follow you through every phase of your cycle. We help you understand what’s happening in your body and use nutrition to bring things back into balance, in a way that’s sustainable, realistic, and free of food rules.

You might be here because…

Your Mood Takes Over Before Your Period
Irritability, anxiety, low mood, or emotional swings that feel out of proportion, and you know your cycle is connected but you’re not sure what to do about it.

Cravings Feel Out of Control
Sugar cravings, increased hunger, and the urge to eat more in the days before your period feel impossible to manage and leave you frustrated with yourself.

Your Relationship with Food is Struggling
You find yourself caught in cycles of restriction and overeating, and you want to break free without another set of rules to follow.

You're Exhausted and Running on Empty
Fatigue that comes and goes with your cycle, or never really lifts at all. You want to feel like yourself again.

Your Body is Changing and It Doesn't Feel Like You
Weight changes, shifts in body composition, and a body that feels unfamiliar. You want support that approaches this without shame or pressure.

You Want to Know What Actually Helps
You’ve seen the supplement lists and the conflicting advice. You want guidance that’s personalized to you, not a generic protocol.
How Bloom Nutrition Supports People with Hormone and Menstrual Cycle Concerns
We work with your cycle, not against it.
Our Approach
Hormonal symptoms are real. And nutrition can make a meaningful difference.
PMS and PMDD are not just something to push through. We look at your full picture: your health history, bloodwork, cycle patterns, eating habits, and goals. From there we build a personalized nutrition plan that addresses your symptoms at their root, supports your hormone health across your whole cycle, and helps you rebuild a genuinely positive relationship with food.
